FPS advises Advancis Holding GmbH on investment by Keensight Capital in Advancis Software & Services GmbH

Advancis Software & Services GmbH has been operating successfully on the market as an independent software house for 30 years and is one of the leading international companies in the field of vendor-neutral security and building management. Advancis group employs around 160 people in 9 offices and sells its products across 70 countries worldwide.

With the investment of the French private equity investor Keensight Capital, the parties are establishing a strategic partnership. The transaction is part of an ambitious growth strategy and contributes in particular to the strengthening of Advancis Group's international presence. By establishing a joint shareholding structure, the partners aim to further expand the market position of Advancis Software & Services GmbH, realize effective innovations and create unique software solutions for both existing and new customers worldwide as an IT software developer with an exceptional service orientation.

Keensight Capital is a renowned European growth buyout investor with extensive experience in the IT and healthcare segments, investing in profitable and organically fast-growing companies in these sectors. 

The transaction was successfully closed by the parties in November 2024.
