Green light for the new construction project ‘Seeburger Weg’ in Berlin-Spandau

Berlin needs housing. With the acquisition of the Seeburger Weg 22-28 properties by the Berlin state housing association degewo AG and the turnkey construction of the residential quarter by the CESA GROUP, the starting signal has been given for the construction of 135 new flats. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2025. The first residents are expected to move in at the turn of 2027/2028.

An attractive new residential location with 135 flats plus 21 apartments for senior citizens will be created on a gross floor area of around 13,800 square metres, with 26 underground parking spaces. As part of the urban development concept, the residential construction project envisages a mix of subsidised and privately financed flats.
