FPS advises THE SQUAIRE on leasing office space to Lagardère Travel Retail

With its unique, award-winning design, THE SQUAIRE is a landmark for Frankfurt and the adjacent airport. The property, with a total area of around 140,000 m², is directly connected to Terminal 1 and has an integrated ICE long-distance train station. With 65 per cent office space, 30 per cent hotel space and 5 per cent retail and restaurant space, everything can be found under one roof at one of Europe's most important transport hubs.

FPS provided comprehensive support to the landlord in all legal matters relating to the conclusion of the lease agreement. Other parties involved in the successful conclusion of the agreement were Sonar Real Estate, PROKS Real Estate and Schier Real Estate.
