FPS advises Schönefeld municipality on lease agreement for new town hall in BB Business Hub

The municipality of Schönefeld and Alpine Immobilien GmbH recently signed the lease agreement. This stipulates that the core administration will use modern office space at Mittelstraße 3 for at least ten years from 2026. The new office space is currently being adapted to the specific requirements of the administration. A total of around 7,000 square metres of office space will be created for approximately 190 workstations. The aim is to create a contemporary working and visiting environment that focuses on transparency, service orientation and citizen-friendliness.

‘The move is a significant step for our local government and the people of Schönefeld. At the BB Business Hub, we have found modern, central and citizen-friendly premises that will accommodate our current and future growth,’ emphasises Christian Hentschel, Mayor of the municipality of Schönefeld.
