FPS advises Amadeus Fire on acquisition of Masterplan com GmbH

FPS advised Amadeus Fire Academy GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in Masterplan com GmbH.  Amadeus Fire Academy GmbH is a subsidiary of Amadeus Fire AG, which has been one of the leading providers of personnel services and professional training for around 40 years. The focus is on placing specialised professionals and executives as well as on training and further education in the commercial and IT sectors. Amadeus Fire AG has branches in over 20 locations throughout Germany.

Masterplan com GmbH is a leading learning engagement platform for corporate training in Germany, connecting learning management with learners. It offers an innovative combination of high-quality video courses and a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. The company offers over 3,500 video courses in more than 26 languages and already counts more than 300 companies among its customers, including numerous DAX-listed companies and international corporations.

The acquisition of all shares in Masterplan com GmbH strengthens Amadeus Fire AG's position in the dynamically growing market for digital B2B continuing education, which is facing a paradigm shift due to AI.

Masterplan com GmbH is well positioned for further growth, both strategically and operationally. ‘The acquisition is a strategic milestone for our growth in the field of digital training,’ says Robert von Wülfing, CEO of Amadeus Fire AG, welcoming the transaction. ‘With Masterplan, we are expanding our training portfolio with a scalable SaaS platform and creating the basis for a high-growth model in the B2B segment. This puts us in the league of EdTech providers,’ says Robert von Wülfing, emphasising the significance of the acquisition.

The transaction was successfully completed by the parties in September 2025.
