FPS advises IMAXXAM on the acquisition of the former DFB headquarters in Frankfurt
Commercial law firm FPS has provided legal and tax advice to IMAXXAM on the acquisition of the "Sportquartier im Stadtwald" at Otto-Fleck-Schneise 6 in Frankfurt. The property was sold by a private investor group.
IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH is an independent, partner-led real estate investment manager headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. The company establishes real estate funds for leading institutional investors. In 2026, its portfolio comprises more than 85 properties with a total value of approximately €1.7 billion.
The Sportquartier is a long-term let office property in a prominent location on the edge of Frankfurt's Stadtwald, which now serves a range of tenants from the sports and academic sectors following a comprehensive repositioning.
