Lea von Wahlert works in the Healthcare department and has broad experience in real estate law – in particular in legal real estate asset management and in the project development of extensive healthcare portfolios. She advises both investors and operators on complex transactions and restructurings. Another focus area of her practice is advising on tenancy law issues in the field of healthcare and residential real estate, including contract drafting and negotiation. In addition, she lectures on the healthcare real estate market and conducts in-house training courses for clients. Before joining FPS, von Wahlert worked for a Frankfurt law firm with a focus on real estate law. She also completed studies in art history with an interdisciplinary master’s thesis on the topics of looted art and restitution law. She is a member of the Institute for Art and Law and the Working Group on Tenancy Law and Real Estate of the German Association of Lawyers (DAV).
