FPS advises MOMENI Group on leasing to flex office provider St. Oberholz in Cologne's Domquartier district
The commercial law firm FPS successfully advised the Hamburg-based MOMENI Group on the leasing of approximately 4,200 m² of office space to the leading flex office provider St. Oberholz. The space is located in the Domquartier, a high-quality office complex in the historic former Deutsche Bank area, just a few steps away from Cologne Cathedral..
The conclusion of the contract marks a significant step forward in the strategic development of the Domquartier. MOMENI acquired the centrally located property in 2017 and has since comprehensively optimised it. In addition to energy-efficient modernisation, AI-supported building technology has been implemented, promising significant efficiency gains while also improving comfort.
Under a long-term lease agreement, St. Oberholz will move into modern office and meeting spaces that are specifically designed to meet the growing demand for new work concepts – including an exclusive roof terrace with views of the Andreaskloster and Cologne Cathedral.
